Evolution of consolidated revenues

2014 – 2024
The Housing business was sold on November 30, 2024. As per IFRS5, sales from the Housing division are not consolidated into Group revenues since 2023.

EBITDA: earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization, and IFRS 2 and IAS 19 adjustments following IFRS GAAP, i.e. income from ordinary operations restated for allocation / reversal of provisions for liabilities and charges, depreciation charges and IFRS GAAP (IFRS 2 and IAS 19). In accordance with IFRS5, Housing division is reported as “asset held for sales” and is not contributing to EBITDA since 2023.

As the world leader in Sailing, the Boat division's growth in this market is driven in particular by the dynamic multihull segments and the upturn in sales to charter professionals. The Motor division benefited from the premiumization strategy in the various segments, and the commercial success of the new motor catamaran ranges.
